About Hiking Hidden Valley Trail via Water Tank Access
I threw Hidden Valley Trail into Google Maps, and the directions led me to a residential area near a water tank. While the map on this post shows an entry point to the North of South Mountain, the access I found was Southeast, right next to the tank.
Hidden Valley Trail is trafficked heavily by mountain bikers, so listen for biker bells and keep alert when traversing the ups and downs of this course. There’s plenty to see here, but I had a limited amount of sunlight, so I only made it 1.4 miles in. This trail system could easily be an all day adventure, especially if hiking instead of biking.
