When you’re hungry for a bite and some good brew (coffee that is), it’s nice to have a good coffee joint around the corner.
My buddy Aaron and I took a chance on Jaho Coffee Roaster on a cold and blustery morning in Boston. Like many downtown areas, Boston has plenty of Starbucks locations, but we wanted a cup of joe reminiscent of the single origin beans I brew at home.
The décor of Jaho Coffee Roaster is beautiful. Kinda like chemistry lab meets classroom meets Pret A Manger. Plenty of liquids, solids, and hot breakfast.
We got Chemex brewed coffee (there are multiple brewing method options) and breakfast bagels. We were told the Chemex brewing method would take a little longer on short morning staff, but when all was said and done, the bagel was good, vibe was relaxed, wifi was fast, and the coffee was excellent.
