One of my first introductions to the Austin Texas third wave coffee scene was Patika Coffee.
As I walked towards Lot Sixty One Coffee Roasters in search of caffeinated productivity, I could already tell that it was what I was looking for. Bags of coffee lined the windowsill, and people sat relaxed sipping their favorite drinks outside while others were hard at work inside.
Since I was in downtown LA for DrupalCon, Verve Coffee – Downtown Los Angeles was a logical stop for a quick caffeine binge. The day I stepped into the DTLA location, I enjoyed excellent bites, a pleasantly poured cup of joe, and a space that seemed to beckon productivity. Verve Coffee’s vibe is creative, energized, and fun.
There’s something progressive and inspiring about Coffeecompany.
In a pinch, this was the perfect spot to get a taste of the local coffee scene, and support a really cool online / offline business.
The best coffee is often delivered on the wings of a nice surprise.
I can’t figure out why Seventh Flag Coffee isn’t on more top coffee lists for Austin, Texas.
This coffeeshop fits perfectly with the chic boutique vibe of the Joule, and serves up tasty artisan beans from Victrola Coffee Roasters.
Since I was in Amsterdam with a hankering for some jet-lag induced late evening productivity, I thought I’d take a chance. Boy was I surprised.
The idea of specialty-roasted coffee with a Latin flare seemed pretty unique, so I took a second to visit Tierra Mia Coffee.
